Superpartners is the largest provider of superannuation administration services in Australia, with a particular focus towards industry funds. Byron Consulting was engaged to develop a business case for the introduction of image scanning and capture technology. This assignment involved: review and analysis of current operations; documentation of service requirements; analysis of service provision costs; development of alternative service provision models; evaluation of options; and identification of regulatory compliance impacts. |

Rural Finance Corporation is wholly owned by the Victorian Government and is a specialist rural lender to primary producers and rural businesses. Since its inception in 1945, the corporation has played a major role in the development of rural Victoria and has built a significant loan portfolio. Byron Consulting was engaged to assist Rural Finance undertake a tender process to source a replacement banking system. This engagement involved the following activities: preliminary feasibility study; market review; requirements development; development and distribution of tender document; and evaluation of tender responses. |

Byron Consulting was requested to; document the user requirements for both organisations; research the market to identify vendors with capability to provide the required services; and to manage a process to assess the vendors solutions.
